  4. 3 tbsp coco powder

  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  7. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  8. 1/4 cup butter & 2 tbsp refined oil
  9. 1 tsp Baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  11. 1/8 tsp salt
  12. For Chocolate frosting cream-
  13. 1 cup whipped cream
  14. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  15. 50 gms dark chocolate compound
  16. For Chocolate glaze-
  17. 60 gms dark chocolate compound
  18. 1/4 cup whipped cream
  19. 3 tbsp milk at room temperature
  20. 1 tsp butter
  21. For Chocolate syrup-
  22. 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  23. 1/4 cup water
  24. For Cake decoration-
  25. As required White chocolate compound and sprinkle as required

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together by using Strainer.
  2. Whisk sugar and butter in the same direction until it becomes fluffy, add vanilla essence, and whisk again.

  7. Mix chocolate syrup(Hershey's chocolate syrup) and water very well. Now cut the cake to give it a Heart shape. Mark two lines diving the cake from the center (only mark). Cut both corners to make a printed part of the heart.
  8. Attached the rounded corner part to the other side by using cream (as shown in pictures).
    Now cut the cake into three portions for filling frosting.
  9. Spread chocolate syrup in one portion evenly. Apply to frost in and place 2nd portions over it, repeat the same process in every layer. Then Apply cream all over the cake evenly. Keep the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set frosting.
  10. Now spread chocolate glaze over cake. Make sure Glaze cove all over the cake completely.
  11. Decorate it with sprinkles or white chocolate or flowers, as you like.
