Ingredients and spices that need to be Get to make Triple Chocolate cake:
- For Eggless whole wheat cake base
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 2/4 cup fine semolina
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp coffee powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar powder
- 1/4 cup oil / ghee
- 2/4 cup condensed milk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
- For Chocolate ganache
- 1 cup chopped semisweet dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- For Chocolate frosting
Steps to make to make Triple Chocolate cake
- For cake base..
Mix all dry ingredients together by using Strainer. Keep it ready.
Whisk sugar and butter in the same direction until it becomes fluffy, add vanilla essence and condensed milk, whisk again.
- Now gradually add dry ingredients and milk, mix it well with soft hand and make smooth lumps free batter.
Now add lemon juice mix well and transfer batter In a grease cake tin or round bowl. And bake it in preheated oven at 180degree C for 25-30 minutes.
Chocolate cake is ready. Once cake comes to room temperature keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before frosting. - For chocolate frosting...
firstly melt the compound chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
In a large bowl take chilled whipped cream. By using 300w whisker whisk it for 2 minutes then add vanilla essence, Cocoa powder and melted chocolate. Whisk again for 4-5 minutes in high speed or until getting a stiff pick. chocolate frosting is ready.
For vanilla cream....
whisk whipped cream with vanilla essence until getting a stiff pick.


- For Chocolate ganache..
place chocolate in a small bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a boil. Pour over chocolate; whisk until smooth. Cool, stirring occasionally, until ganache reaches a spreading consistency.
Keep it in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.

- Take out cake base from refrigerator. Cut it into two layers horizontally.
Place one layer of cake on a serving plate. Firstly spread chocolate syrup (mix 1/4cup water and 2tbsp chocolate syrup). Then top with a thin layer of chocolate frosting Spread evenly and spread some chocolate chips.
Top with second cake layer.
Crumb coat the cake and keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, Spread ganache over top and sides of cake. Make any pattern of your choice.
Store in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
- Now, We have three different frosting to decorate the cake (vanilla cream, chocolate ganache and chocolate frosting)
Transfer all three in a piping bag with star nozzle.

- Make flowers on the top of cake with by using ganache, cream and frosting. Place on any chocolates of your choice, oreo biscuits and chocolate chips.
Triple Chocolate Cake is ready.
I preferred to keep the cake in refrigerator for 5-6 hours or overnight before serving.
